These terms govern your use of sherlockscoopers.com and the dog waste removal services ("Services") offered by Sherlock Scoopers, serving Dacula, Hamilton Mill, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Buford, and surrounding areas of Gwinnett County, GA.

Booking & scheduling

Quote requests submitted through this Site are not confirmed appointments. Service begins once we've confirmed pricing, frequency, and a start date with you directly.

Access to your property

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your yard for scheduled visits, including keeping walkways clear of hazards. We will close and latch every gate we use. Please let us know in advance about any dogs, other pets, or hazards we should be aware of.

Pricing & payment

Pricing is based on yard size, number of dogs, and selected frequency, and will be confirmed with you before service begins. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations

There are no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us; please give reasonable notice so we can update our route schedule.

Our guarantee

If we miss a spot during a scheduled visit, let us know and we'll return to fix it at no additional charge.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherlock Scoopers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
